What do I need to bring to the testing site?

• Online Exam at your institution: bring a current government-issued photo ID.
• Online Exam at PSI: bring a current government-issued photo ID. Please note: the name on your photo ID must match the name you are registered under exactly.
• CBCS Exams Only: Candidates taking the NHA CBCS certification exam are required to bring the most current version of the following manuals to their exam:
  • CPT Professional Edition
  • HCPCS Level II
  • ICD-10-CM
  • Review Common FAQs for the CBCS Exam
• ExCPT Exams Only: While calculators are only permitted for the ExCPT certification exam, the calculator is embedded/supplied within the exam itself. Candidates are not permitted to bring personal calculators to the test site or utilize the calculator on their computer, and calculators will not be provided by PSI.
