On exam launch day: An instructor invites a candidate to the old prep (diminishes their inventory). The candidate has not accepted the invitation. How will this be managed?

Unused inventory will be converted to the new product, thus not available for candidates to use. If no candidates are approved on the roster yet, it would be advised to archive the course and create a new one issuing fresh invitations to the new material. However, if there are active learners on the course a systematic update will be performed to include the new version of the materials for any existing learner, provided the course meets the if-then statements below.
