Need to reschedule an upcoming PSI exam? Learn how in this step-by-step document.
Step 1
Log into your Candidate account at nhanow.com/login
Step 2
To locate your existing application, choose Apply from the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 3
You will see your Applications in progress, including your booking confirmation, ID and test date details. Select the orange Schedule with PSI button.
Note: this will route you to your PSI landing page for scheduling.
Step 4
Select the View My Tests button to view, cancel or re-schedule your scheduled exam
Step 5
You will see the details of your scheduled exam as well as the option to Cancel Booking or Re-Book.
Step 6
You can choose to cancel your book or re-book.
Step 7
Selecting Re-Book will take you back to the beginning of scheduling your exam where you can select either
- A remote proctored exam, select Online Proctored (Live)
- Or a PSI testing location in person, select Onsite (Test Center)
Step 8
Canceling your booking will return you to your PSI Scheduling home screen where you can choose to schedule your exam.
Note: You have 6-month window from your application date to schedule and take your NHA exam with PSI.
*Re-Scheduling must occur prior to 24 hours ahead of currently scheduled exam to prevent forfeiting the exam fees.
