How to Purchase Study Materials Through a Course

In this article, you'll be guided step-by-step how to purchase NHA study materials through your course.

Step 1

Log into your Candidate account at NHANOW.com

Step 2

Confirm that your account is registered with the correct Organization at the top of your home page

Next, in the left-hand navigation menu of the page, Click MY COURSES under "Study Materials" section.

Step 4

Click on "Request Course Enrollment" button, select the candidate pay course from the drop down and click on "Request Enrollment".

Wait for the NHA email confirming your acceptance or enrollment in the course with your organization. That will send a request to your facilitator to approve.

Step 5

Once you are approved, go back to "My Courses". You'll see the name of the materials required for your candidate pay course.

Step 6

Click on STORE in the left-hand navigation menu.

Step 7

Once in the store, either use the filters on the left hand side or the store search to find the materials that need to be purchased for your course. 

Select the appropriate material by clicking on it and then clicking Add to Cart

Step 8

Click on the cart icon & continue through the checkout steps to purchase the materials.

If you have a discount code, enter it in the discount code field & click Apply.

Step 9

Print your receipt.

Step 10

Your materials will be loaded to your account and are accessed by:

  1. Logging into your account at www.nhanow.com
  2. Clicking on My Study Materials
  3. Select Access button next to the materials you wish to use for instant access.
