# How to Access NHA Materials from a Learning Management System (LMS) - Administrators

## This resource is tailored to guide educators and employers on how to grant their learners access to NHA materials. It is crucial for learners to adhere to the specific protocols established by their organization when using an LMS to access

**1.    Organization-Specific Guidelines:** Each educational institution or workplace has unique procedures for navigating their LMS. Instruct your learners to obtain and follow these specific instructions prior to accessing the materials.

**2.    Access via Your LMS, Not Directly:** Learners should not attempt to access NHA materials by logging into the NHA website directly unless explicitly directed to do so. The approved method is through your organization's LMS, which ensures they reach the correct resources.

**3.    Utilize Provided Access Credentials:** Provide your learners with the specific links or access codes required to enter the LMS. These credentials are essential for accessing the correct study materials and should be used in preference to any alternatives found elsewhere.
