What happens for those candidates who may test right before the new prep launches and do not pass, so they have to wait 30 days before they can re-test and that pushes them past the exam launch date?

Is there a grace period for retakes after the rollout? Or does everyone who tests after the exam launch date have to test with the new exam?

Candidates will test on the new exam. We will assist in transitioning to new digital prep in alignment with what they already had purchased/used. If you have paper inventory that needs to be transitioned, please connect with your NHA advisor for assistance.
