Each year the U.S. Government releases the MEPS prescribed medicine file. A few months later the DrugStats database is updated with the Top 200 drugs. The data released represents survey data from two-years prior (2023). When you select “+New Course” under your “Courses” tab in CertPortal, you will only see products applicable to your program. If you don't see a product that you are looking to use in your course, please contact your account representative. #### **Transcripts & Digital Badges for ACE Approved NHA Certifications via Accredible** Starting November 4, 2025, NHA transitioned to a single digital credential provider, Accredible, for all digital badging and transcript requests. This change streamlines the process and provides a more consistent experience for our students and alumni. If you already have an account and accepted badges in Credly, they will still be available for you to use. We have updated our Module 6: Clinical Skills 1 checklist to include Infant Measurement. End of Module Quizzes and Product Mapping are not impacted.  ### September 2025 --- #### **Course Inventory Management Improvements** NHA has enhanced our experience for customers who provide course material to their learners by improving how institutions manage their course material inventory.     Overall, there is no change to the deduction of inventory but clearer messaging when a customer is out of inventory. Administrative users can still invite learners to a course regardless of inventory numbers. For Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology, we also made it easier to track learner insights at the module topic level. You can access both of these insights under the “Assessments” and “Module” tabs within the Learning Insights Center. Beginning 12/18/2024, for applicable products, learner progress will reflect the learner’s review of all lesson pages – matching the navigation experience within each lesson.
